Description: The expression level of let-7a miRNA in tumors was significantly lower (down-regulation rate over 2-fold) in 14 patients tested. However, in the other 18 patients, no significant difference in let-7a miRNA expression was observed between tumors and normal tissues, and the up- or down-regulation rates were within two-fold. |
