Description: miR-126 is not expressed in myeloid lineage leukemic cell lines, which express high levels of Hoxa9.miR-126 and Hoxa9 are inversely expressed in some primary myeloid leukemias. miR-126 inhibits endogenous HOXA9 protein in MLL-ENL cells. Knock-down of endogenous miR-126 increases HOXA9 protein. |
