Description: cotransfection of the miR-17-5p and miR-20a antisense oligonucleotides
(antagomir-17-5p and antagomiR-20a),increases normalized luciferase activity. luciferase activity is enhanced in K562 cells with RNAi-reduced c-myc expression and can be further increased by antagomir-17-5p or antagomir-20a. |
