Description:

Comparing paired lung cancer tissue with adjacent normal lung parenchyma, hsa-miR-126*, hsa-miR-145, hsa-miR-21, hsa-miR-182, hsa-miR-183 and hsa-miR-210 were found to be the most differentially expressed miRNAs.
