Description: Expression levels of miR-143 and -145 were inversely correlated with cell proliferation of DLD-1 cells.Persistent decreased levels of miR-143 in cancer cells may be directly involved in carcinogenesis through activation of the mitogenactivated protein kinase (MAPK) cascade via ERK5.
